Top Ten Tuesday #14

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and The Bookish, with themed lists to complete each week. This week is Top Ten on our TBR list. Mine is miles long, so here are the books I'm most excited about reading this summer.

I'm kinda cheating because I am just about to start Cress right now, but I haven't yet. IT'S STILL TBR, GODDANGIT!

Here are all the links incase you haven't already read them and want to add them to Goodreads.

Cress
Delirium
Reboot
The Scorch Trials
The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August
The Selection
The Silver Linings Playbook
Not A Drop To Drink
The Darkest Minds
Prodigy

Can't wait to read your list, see if I can add a couple more books to my TBR list!
Leave a link in the comments and I'll head on over when I get back from work.

    1. I think you will have a hard time with the Maze Runner!! It has a brilliant premise, but I thought it got a little boring and had to push through. I really hope the sequel is a bit more entertaining!
But yeah, PRODIGY!!! I can't wait, I'm going to finish Cress then I'm all over it!

  3. Brilliant list!

I'm looking forward to reading the Lunar Chronicles series, and I have all three in the Delirium series just waiting to be binged. I have the Selection series and Prodigy series on my TBR for "at-some-point-in-the-distant-future" and I'm aware of Reboot, Not a Drop to Drink and The First Fifteen Lives... The Scorch Trials and The Darkest Minds are new to me, will need to look those up. I have read The Silver Linings Playbook (finally, one I've read!). I did see the movie first (which I rarely do), and I think the movie did a fantastic job, the book and movie script are pretty similar and I think it was practically perfectly depicted. It was an enjoyable read, but I think I would have preferred it if I had have read it first. Great read for Mental Health Awareness Month too if you're taking part!

    1. I watched the Silver Linings Playbook when it was out, and I didn't realise it was a book until recently (naughty girl - it probably even says that in the film and I wasn't paying attention) I'm going to watch it again today though :)

  4. The Scorch Trials! Yes. I love that series. A LOT. I also really enjoyed The Silver Linings Playbook. I don't know if you've seen the movie, but be prepared: it's pretty different, at least in my opinion.
I also want to read Marie Lu's series (I haven't read any of those books) and Delirium!
    Great list!

    Here's my TTT!

    1. Thanks! I Think you should read Prodigy, it was a really good book. Delirium I am oddly excited for - I didn't really know anything about it until I saw a trailer for the TV show (that never aired) I am intrigued by the Maze Runner series, I really just want to know what's going on with the group!!!
